Integrated Campaign

accesso wanted to be known as the only ticketing provider offering an end-to-end enterprise approach to improving the guest experience. Through an integrated thought leadership campaign, I helped reinforce accesso's dominance in the market while driving sales pipeline and velocity.

Content Strategy

Humankind had been collecting emails from customers and prospects, but not keeping in touch with them consistently. I introduced a bi-weekly newsletter with executive thought leadership, industry spotlights and relationship-building content to foster brand affinity and engagement.

Reactivation Campaign

Hoffman needed a way to reactivate past customers. I planned an in-person sales workshop exclusively for Hoffman alumni. Leveraging existing CRM data as well as data enrichment tools, I partnered with our sales team to combine targeted LinkedIn campaigns with direct sales outreach to extend an invitation to past "Closers." 

Full-Page Print Advertisement

From interviewing customers during our annual client seminar, the marketing team learned that the No. 1 benefit customers mentioned of their accesso solutions was feeling supported in their partnership. This sense of having an extension of their team helped reduce stress - and so this ad campaign was inspired by them.

Media Relations

As part of a broader effort to improve sellhoffman.com's SEO ranking, I conducted media outreach to gain placements from high-domain-authority, high-traffic websites. This placement featured Jeff Hoffman's perspectives on sales leadership.

Media Relations

Humankind's concept of concierge commerce was an entirely novel offering in the eCommerce space. To increase awareness, I secured opportunities for our CEO, David Weismann, to speak about the benefits of the technology and the improved customer experience it could provide.

COVID-Recovery Media Relations

As the COVID pandemic closed many attractions venues due to social distancing concerns, accesso stepped up with a set of solutions to help venues reopen safely. This "safe return" media relations campaign sought to educate operators - and help them welcome back guests sooner.

Leadership Transition Media Relations

After stepping away for several years, accesso CEO Steve Brown returned to the company, bringing back years of industry experience and insight. As part of the transition, I led media outreach to spotlight the leadership change and to give Brown an opportunity to speak about the decision.
