About the Project
Since its launch, Humankind had been collecting emails from customers and prospects, but not keeping in touch with them consistently (if at all). I designed, developed and launched a bi-weekly newsletter with executive thought leadership, industry spotlights and relationship-building content from the Humankind team to foster brand affinity and engagement.
Project Impact
- Established a clear, engaging brand personality for Humankind with a custom email template design developed in HubSpot
- Leveraged bi-weekly emails as a opportunity to increase reach for blog content
- Introduced executive thought leadership content, which was also able to be leveraged across socials and media outreach
