About the Project

The core value proposition of accesso's technology revolved around the idea of creating incredible end-to-end guest experiences. In order to give our senior leadership an opportunity to talk about this topic in a way that would appeal to media outlets, we built out a campaign to spotlight "The Joy of Anticipation," highlighting the ways that planning ahead for a trip or vacation allowed guests to expand their enjoyment of the vacation before it even began. 

We leveraged the campaign in four key iterations: a trade show mini-session, a trade show keynote in another industry, video content shared across socials, and a paid partner webinar.

From a mini-session with our CCO at our largest trade show of the year, to a maxed-out webinar with a trade organization partner, to a trade show keynote appearance with our client, The Washington State Fair, this thought leadership topic allowed for many iterations to cross a number of mediums and channels.

As a result, the accesso brand gained a domnant share of voice in the guest experience conversation. Foot traffic at our exhibit booths at key trade shows increased significantly, and our sales team were able to engage in more productive conversations with potential buyers who already understood the possibilities introduced by leveraging accesso technology.
