Portfolio
My work has spanned a wide variety of mediums, from print advertising to email campaigns, event design to award-winning public relations campaigns and more. I invite you to explore just a few of the pieces I’ve created over the years.
Ad Creative
Print Advertising
From interviewing customers during our annual client seminar, the marketing team learned that the No. 1 benefit customers mentioned of their accesso solutions was feeling supported in their partnership. This sense of having an extension of their team helped reduce stress – and so this ad campaign was inspired by them.

Trade Show Strategy
Best in Show
Trade shows were a large part of accesso’s GTM strategy and brand presence, with the team attending as many as 40 shows worldwide annually. The largest of these, which attracts 35K annual attendees, included a 30×60 ft exhibition build, designed in Georgia and freighted to the expo hall to be constructed in a matter of days. Working in tandem with my marketing manager, we created an immersive and elevated expo experience, winning Best in Show in 2022.
“While there were many extraordinary booths, one exhibitor booth stood out among the rest. The accesso booth had a modern, sleek, impactful booth design with great visual appeal. The staff was very engaging, and it felt like we walked right into a professional office space.”

Whitepaper Development
COVID Recovery
The impact of the pandemic on the leisure and attractions industry was swift and incredibly challenging, and the accesso team was determined to support our valued clients as they navigated closures, restrictions and reopenings. With this in mind, I researched, wrote and designed a whitepaper to help venues explore how they could reopen to guests quickly and safely while following regulations and mandates. THought Leadership
The Joy of Anticipation
Test Session at a Major Expo
We tested this topic during our largest expo of the year, spotlighting the power technology has to support venues in driving guest engagement and return visitation. We drove attendance through social media and email campaigns leading into the expo.

The session was well-attended, both by show attendees and the press. Our CCO was able to engage in a number of meaningful conversations as a result of the session, and we also experienced great coverage in relevant trade media.

Recycling for Another Industry
Part of the appeal of “The Joy of Anticipation” as a topic was that it would work well for any industry, which allowed our marketing team to recycle it several times over. For this second appearance, the topic was presented by two accesso team members and our client, The Washington State Fair, at the largest trade show for the Live Entertainment industry.
Social Content
In this third appearance of our “Joy of Anticipation” topic, I produced a short-form video using Lumen5 (a video tool) from the scripts we had already developed from our previous speaking engagements. This allowed us to share the topic in-feed with a broader audience – who may not have been able to join us during the two trade shows prior.
One sheet Development
100% Virtual Queuing
Virtual queuing solutions are part of accesso’s DNA, and those same solutions became invaluable during the pandemic as a means to support social distancing in venues. I produced and distributed a one sheet to help educate venues about how virtual queues could eliminate lines, empowering guests to social distance effectively. Blog Content
Industry Trends
The ski industry has long been a major focus for accesso, and I wrote a number of blogs over the years speaking to the industry and generational trends that ski area operators needed to consider when planning how to best serve their customers. Click the image to explore one of those blogs.
Design
Branded Mailer
As part of a pre-show campaign leading into a major annual trade show, I designed a branded gift to send to key prospects, themed around the message that accesso’s technology could help venue operators stress less and accomplish more. The gift included a cocktail kit, branded wine tumbler, cozy socks, and an invite to a VIP event at the tradeshow, hosted by accesso.
